NOTIFICATION

Dated Aizawl, the 23^rd June, 2025

                   In supersession of the previous notification No. J.25011/10/2019-EXC/1 dated 29^th May, 2019 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (f) and (ac) of Section 2 of the Mizoram Liquor (Prohibition) Act, 2019 (Act No.8 of 2019), the Governor of Mizoram hereby specifies the quantity of liquor upto 10 litres (10,000 ml) as small quantity and 50 litres (50,000 ml) and above as commercial quantity with immediate effect.
